Terms of Service
These terms govern the design, build, hosting and maintenance services provided by West Web Foundry. By engaging us or using the client portal you agree to them. Specific project scope and pricing are confirmed in your quote.
Our service
- We design and build your website to the scope agreed in your quote, and host and maintain it under your chosen care plan.
- The one-off fee covers design and build. The monthly care fee covers domain renewal, hosting, SSL, backups, security updates and the content edits included in your package.
Payment
- The build fee is invoiced as set out in your quote. The care fee is billed monthly and is required to keep your site hosted and maintained.
- Invoices and payment dates are shown in your client portal. Late or missed care-fee payments may result in service being paused until the account is brought up to date.
Ownership
Your domain is registered in your name and your content is yours. On request, we will hand over your website and domain cleanly if you choose to leave.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep your portal login secure. You are responsible for the content you ask us to publish.
Liability
We work hard to keep your site fast, secure and online, but we provide the service "as is" and our liability is limited to the fees you have paid for the service in question.
